Dawn Details
Dawn is on Long Beach on the Hemsby/Winterton border, a few minutes stroll from the Winterton Valley and the vast beach backed by dunes. The Valley is great for dogs, with MILES of safe off-lead walking space.
The bungalow is a quaint cladded timber framed detached former coastguards cottage built in 1930, recently renovated and extended but retaining a few original Edwardian features, set inside a fully enclosed and gated wraparound garden, laid to lawn with a patio area with off road parking for one vehicle.
Sleeping four in double plus twin bedrooms, both with memory foam toppers, 32 inch smart TV and a sea view.
Well equipped oak kitchen with tall full sized fridge-freezer and dishwasher/microwave, and outside laundry room with washer and dryer.
Oak flooring with rugs in the lounge with sea view, 50 inch smart TV/dvd player and blue tooth music system, logburner and tons of books/dvds/games/maps. Separate dining room and a sunny conservatory with plenty of comfy sofas everywhere. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.
Outside there is a picnic table, loungers and a sprinkler for sandy dogs, also plenty of fresh herbs can be picked for cooking - rosemary, bayleaves, mint and others.
Locally, The Dolphin bar, 200 yards across a green, is open all year round, serving meals and with various entertainments; Hemsby "strip" with amusement arcades/candy floss etc is ten minutes walk through The Glebe at the end of Long Beach, with more pubs/shops in the heart of the village.
