BOOKING POLICY/HOUSE RULES

Eve is strictly a non-smoking property. If you smoke, please do so only in the garden at least 6 metres away from any doors/windows and please make sure no smoke enters the building

There is a log-burner and a guide on how to light it/use it which must be followed to prevent accidents. One basket of logs provided, more available at £6 large bag.

A max of 4 dogs are welcome - please ask if you have more as we usually say yes but need to consider space.  We do not make any extra charge for dogs but any damage they make must be paid for and we ask if you please clean any hairs/pawprints etc and please thoroughly check the gardens and side passage for doggy parcels on your departure day. We also have to ask that if your dog sleeps on your bed to please bring a throw, and to bring doggy drying towels as we only provide guest towels.

We have Superfast internet supplied by Utility Warehouse. In the event of this dropping, we will endeavour to rectify it as soon as UW are able to, but we cannot be responsible for any loss you may have as a result if this is outside of our control. We cannot make any refunds in connection with unexpected Wifi loss.

To book, a £50 non-refundable deposit saves the dates, the remainder is due 8 weeks before your arrival date.

Checkout time is 10.00 please. Unfortunately we have to advise that there will be a charge of £15 for every 30 minutes over this time.

Electric cars - we do not have a charging point, please check where the nearest point is on your journey.

The field beyond the back gate is privately owned but we have access to use it respectfully as a short cut to the beach steps on Rottenstone Lane. Dogs must be kept on leads here. The edge of the field has a steep drop down to the beach which is not fenced - please ensure children and pets are safely under control. We have made the gate very secure.

Breaks are STRICTLY offered Mon-Fri/Fri-Mon and Fri-Fri/Mon-Mon. If you choose a 2 night break of Fri/Sat night, the 3 night cost is still applicable but with a late checkout on the Sunday, up to late evening.  To check availabilty/price please click on the book now buttons with dates on the enquiry page.  For any problems with this, please email/text me or send a message. If the buttons refuse to accept the dates entered, it either means the dates are booked or that the arrival/departure date is not a Monday or a Friday.  The calendar is always up to date.
